We will update and maintain your site, on an “as needed” basis included in your monthly hosting and maintenance fee. For some added content we charge our normal hourly fee ($40.00/hr **) and will only bill for the time needed. We let you know ahead of time if your change request is included or extra. We can also update and maintain most sites created by other designers. Most sites are created in Wordpress or HTML5 coding and can be easily looked after. However. with our rate in most cases it is better to start over with a new and better website. Our designs are very affordable but more important in the top 10% of website quality rating.
Search Engine Optimization
Search Engine Optimization is the “tweaking” of website content and code to reflect the published parameters from the Search Engines and Directories. Just having a website does not automatically mean that you will be found through Internet searches. We do not charge additional fees for this service. but rather we incorporate all the necessary parameters as published by the major search engines as we are creating your website and within the time frame it takes to create the entire web design. We add a Search Engine Optimization component to every custom website that we produce as we are building the site.
The search engine companies advise everyone that no one can guarantee a top placement in the searches because search engine technology is extremely complex and is subject to a vast number of variables. However, if your site has been optimized properly, in accordance with the published major search engine parameters, then your site stands a very good chance of getting placed in the top 10 searches for the keywords that are most specific to your business. which is the first page of results for the most popular search engines.
